The complex solves a number of important equipment control tasks, such as managing access to the laboratory room, determining the hours of operation of the equipment, ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory, keeping a log of the use of laboratory equipment, notifying employees about the equipment being busy, etc.Equipment load factor, by analyzing which you can easily evaluate the work of the department, find inefficient employees, and identify "bottlenecks".Equipment readiness coefficient - characterizes the readiness of equipment for operation and represents the ratio of the time when the equipment is ready for operation (the difference between the fund of working hours and idle time) to the total planned time of operation of the equipment (fund of working hours).Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) - analyzes the loss of time due to equipment downtime, loss in speed and loss in quality.The coefficient of efficient use of electricity, by which it is possible to determine the most energy-intensive equipment and identify violations of the operating cycle.
